Virtual Culture

For weeks we have been sequestered to our homes which for many are now our places of work.  Not by design but by necessity. In a community effort to restrict the advancement of the pandemic, we have all shared in a unique cultural experience of working virtually with each other.  Some for work, some for education and yet others for pure social interaction. This new world of virtual interaction placed on hold the energy once present in face to face conversations.  Yes it is good to be able to see others but let us not forget that we are human and a species ordained to interact at a far deeper level than virtually. May our opportunity to re-engage in social energy be awakened in all of us once we are through this challenging time.
