Leadership

“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned…” (Titus 2:7-8)

Leadership is all about Guidance and Priorities

Business does not necessarily need to be complex. Simplicity in operations lead to effective and efficient harmony throughout an organization.  By having well defined priorities, leaders at all levels can best use their valuable time to give guidance where needed. Letting teams and individuals run on their own because everyone and everything is well defined and given proper priority.

Businesses run a peak performance when there is proper alignment of their culture, their people, their processes, their innovation and their financials. It is the duty, responsibility and accountability of leadership to provide the guidance to the business on these critical aspects of the organization.

The Promise Guide Compass incorporates the aspect of Guidance in keeping your compass pointing in the proper direction.

Guidance is directionally “North” on the compass.  The Guidance system is made up of the Purpose, Passion, Core Values, Core Principles, and the Promises which are never to be violated or dismissed.  They govern each and every decision made in all parts of the compass, business and life.  These elements are typically established at a top level for the individual person or an organization.  They filter down into all exploration/discovery, all development/action, and how navigation is achieved. Capturing individual or organization guidance elements provides the framework for all future decision making.
