We all need a set of Core Values and Principles to act as barriers which prevent us from drifting off the chosen path. Too often we take them for granted. We believe they are always ready and available to call upon in all situations. Unfortunately, if they are not top of mind then they will not be there to bring you back to center when you begin to drift away.
Take time to write down your core values for yourself and your business. Tie them together with the principles you will not violate so all your progress and decisions are shaped with these root elements for your future.
